Ivy Murphy
Project Manager
Whilst Ivy's Resume showed her extensive experience and list of achievements quite well, it looked very plain with no colour or any captivating elements that a recruitment panel would get excited about.

Resume | After
Here's Ivy's new Resume, completely redesigned. It begins by highlighting her profile, key credentials and extensive career path on the first page and invites the reader to review her professional work experience in detail.
Also, Ivy doesn't quite like the corporate profile photo (like LinkedIn) that's included in most modern resumes, so we developed unique artwork of her initials to add a nice touch of creativity and professionalism in her Resume.
Creativity doesn't just apply to Resumes only. Job applications need to be designed adequately to increase chances of securing interviews, particularly when recruitment panels have to review and assess numerous job applications.
Ivy's job application certainly lacked design quality and she mainly used AI (which is a big risk). Therefore, we updated her content to prevent AI scanners used by recruitment agencies from simply discarding her application.

Here's Ivy's fresh new Job Application. We applied the same colour scheme consistent with her Resume, structured the layout nicely and focused on highlighting key results.
We also tested and validated the content as human text through an AI scanner tool to ensure chances are even better in the shortlisting phase.
