Our Refund Policy

Due to the personalised and digital nature of our services, all sales are considered final once work has commenced.

Creative Impact Resumes offers flexible payment options:

You may choose to pay in full upfront; or
Follow our standard 50/50 structure. A 50% deposit secures your booking and initiates work, with the remaining balance due upon completion and prior to delivery of final files.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Refunds are not guaranteed, but we may offer a partial refund at our sole discretion, depending on the progress of work completed at the time of cancellation.

If the client cancels after paying the deposit but before substantial work has begun, a partial refund may be considered.
If the client cancels after work has commenced, the initial 50% deposit is generally non-refundable, as it covers time spent on discovery, consultation and initial drafts.
If Creative Impact Resumes must cancel the engagement due to unforeseen circumstances, a fair and reasonable refund (full or partial) will be offered based on the amount of work completed.

Refund Request Process

To be considered for a refund:

Submit your request in writing within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
Email info@creative-impact-resumes.com with your full name, date of purchase and reason for the request.
We will review your request and respond via email with a decision.

If a refund is granted, it will be processed in the form and amount determined solely by Creative Impact Resumes (e.g. full or partial refund).

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that fall outside of this policy or where services have been substantially delivered as agreed.
