What happens next?

1. Scoping & Quote
We review your request and send you a tailored quote. Once we receive your request, we will send you a tailored quote within 1-7 business days, which is valid for 30 days (unless we are at capacity with client requests, then there may be delayed timeframes).

2. Deposit & Booking
When you accept the quote, you will receive an invoice for either full payment or a 50% deposit. Booking is confirmed once the full amount or 50% deposit has been received (payment methods include PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer).

3. Client Briefing
Complete the questionnaire/s and speak to us over the phone to gather deeper insights. What we need: existing documents (e.g. Resume) if any; job targets or roles of interest; LinkedIn URL; special Achievements, training, etc.

4. Drafting & Review
We build the first drafts and send them to you for review / feedback. We will send the first draft within the proposed timeframes. The draft will be watermarked and we allow up to 3 free revisions.

5. Final Delivery
Final files are delivered in MS Word and PDF formats. The final 50% gap payment is required prior to releasing the documents (if not paid in full already).
6. Follow-Up
Contact us with a testimonial and/or leave a Google Review! Providing a testimonial will make you eligible to receive discounts on any future service/s you wish to engage us for. Also, if you refer us to another person who engages us for our services, this is will make yourself and the new client eligible for discount/s.
