1. Use of the Website
By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Services Provided
Creative Impact Resumes provides resume writing, career coaching and related services. All content on the Site is for informational purposes only and is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our offerings at any time.

3. Payments and Refunds
You may choose to pay in full upfront or secure your booking with a 50% deposit, with the balance due upon completion before final file delivery. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. Due to the customised nature of our services, all sales are considered final. Refunds may be granted at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

4. Revisions and Finalisation Process

Upon delivery of your initial draft(s), you will be invited to confirm one of the following:

  1. You are happy with the overall outcome and would like to receive the final documents. Final documents are provided in both MS Word and PDF formats. If a deposit has been paid, the remaining 50% balance must be settled prior to final delivery.

  2. You are satisfied overall but wish to request adjustments. You are entitled to up to three revisions within three weeks from the date of delivery. Once the revision limit or timeframe is reached, final payment is required before the final documents can be delivered. Clients who have paid in full will receive their files once revisions are complete.

  3. You are dissatisfied with the outcome. If so, you must outline your concerns in writing. We will work with you to resolve the issue fairly and reasonably.

 

​​Additional Notes:

  1. Major or out-of-scope changes may require a separate quote.

  2. We cannot action further updates or deliver final files until full payment is received.

  3. Once full payment is received and final files delivered, you are entitled to five free updates within 12 months, allowing you to keep your documents current as your career evolves.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images and digital downloads, is the property of Creative Impact Resumes and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.​

6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the website:

  • For any unlawful purpose or activity;

  • To solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts;

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others;
